                   A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR PREMIUM
                   PAYMENTS FOR FORMER EMPLOYEES AND THEIR
                   ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS FOR CONTINUED HEALTH
                   CARE COVERAGE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, Pursuant to Section 2-175.1(f) of the
       Chattanooga City Code that there be and are hereby established 
the
       following monthly rates for premium payments for former employees 

       and their eligible dependents electing to continue health care
       coverage with the City of Chattanooga:
       	    	      Family	     	       $344.01
       	    	      Individual     	       $166.82
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing rates shall
       be effective as of October 1, 1992.
